Sandra Tripp, IIDA NCIDQ LEED AP
Sandra is passionate about partnering with clients to articulate their vision within the built environment, providing end users with spaces that connect, sustain, and inspire. As managing director of Huntsman Architectural Group’s New York office, she provides strategic direction and design leadership for a broad range of design, planning and workplace strategy projects in the corporate, tech, law, and financial services sectors. An east coast native, Sandra received a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Marymount College Tarrytown in New York, with a minor in Studio Art from Fortman Studios in Florence, Italy.

Laura Fowler, IIDA, LEED AP ID+C
Laura brings over 8 years of interior design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team. As Project Manager, she is responsible for space planning, assembling finish and color palettes, furniture and lighting selections and millwork detailing, all while understanding project budget constraints and incorporating sustainable design whenever possible. She is responsible for successful project completion throughout all phases. Laura is also active in The Commercial Interior Design Association (IIDA), is NCIDQ and a LEED AP ID+C accredited professional. She has worked on a variety of project types including corporate office, financial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail, technology and building repositioning.

Charles Petretti, AIA
Charles is a licensed Architect experienced in luxury brand architecture and construction projects throughout North America for 20+ years. After holding executive positions for Callison Architects and Christian Dior, Charles started Charles J. Petretti + Associates, LLC assisting clients in development and management of projects including corporate office spaces.
